Barnardo’s help children through some very difficult situations. The focus of this pack was childhood bereavement and the different techniques that trained counselors used to help children cope with traumatic loss.
Our case study was Sarah who’d lost her older sister. Sarah’s technique was to rip up pieces of paper. This provided a nice visual theme but also allowed us to enable the donor to rip apart the letter from the donation form to help replicate Sarah’s actions.
This pack also included an 8 page newsletter and some postcards featuring artwork made by children who’d taken part in art therapy classes.
